If you have any medical concerns, check with
your doctor before starting. Before dancing,
spend a few minutes warming up. Ease into the
dancing with a slow tempo. And know your
limits. Take breaks when needed and drink
plenty of water.

Social dance instructions are designed to get
you out on the dance floor and have fun, enabling
you to express yourself through various kinds of
partner dancing. We teach our students the best
dance techniques while making the learning
process fun and easy, concentrating on how to
dance, not just what to dance.
